CAPACITY :

the supermax direc fired machines are available in the following range of 100-770-NTR , and can achieve chilled water temperture upto 4.5 C

 

Multi-fule Capability :

Direct fired machines can use various types of liquid and gaseous fuels like HSD (High Speed Diesel) , LDO ( Light Diesel Oil ) , SKO ( Superior Kerosene Oil ) , Natural gas & LPG

 

Sturdy and Reliable Generator Design  :

Supermax direct fired machines have rugged generator design with large diameter tubes , and are designed To  handle gaseous fuels as well as light / heavy liquid fuels.

 

Auto De-Crystallization :

the supermax chillers are provided with unique auto de-crystallization circuit to eliminate crystallization

 

On-line purging :

the factory mounted and tested purging unit consists of an electrical motor driven purge pump ,storage tank , necessary piping and valves . any non-condensable gas generated in the chiller during operation , is purged contiuosly into the storage tank , thereby maintaing low vacum in the shell.

 

Side exit nozzies :

the absorber , evaporator and condenser headers are provided with side exit nozzles for ease of maintenance and lower down-time . the absorber and condencer headers are hinged type , for easy access to the tube bundle and eliminate need for heavy lifting arrangements .  

 

Gravty Feed System :

the supermax chillers ues graving feed , non-pressurised super - spraying system , for spraying refrigerant and absorbent . the use of nozzles is avoided as they have problems od clogging and water & tear.

 

Croos-over Piping :

the cross-over  piping from absorber to condenser is a standarfeature in Supermax vapour absorption chillers . It reduces the piping work , welding . ect . at site .

 

Isolation Valves for Pumps :

isolation valves provided on the pumps , facilitate on-line pump maintenance , without breaking the vacuum in the Supermax vapour absorpation machines.

Corrosion Inhibitors :

Super active uses the new generation corrosion inhabitor , Lithium Molybdate which is more effective than Lithium Nitrate and Lithium Chromate , which are conventionally used .
